SHIPPING & DELIVERY

F.O.B. Origin is our standard shipping term. It means that customers usually pay all shipping costs and legal ownership transfers when the goods leave our warehouse. The customers should arrange for appropriate insurance coverage for the purchased goods through the shipping company that will be transporting and delivering the goods prior to shipment.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Please call 408-528-7552 to get an RMA authorization number first. Once you get the RMA number, you can ship the items back to the following address.

    • Refund Return within 30 Days
    • Most new, unopened Merchandise may be returned up to 30 days from the date of receiving the order for a replacement or refund. All returns must be authorized in advance and must have a valid Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number before being shipped back. Any returns sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. A 25% restocking fee may apply to your return if it is not defective or mis-shipment. Please note, refunds for returned products cannot exceed the originally charged amount.
      • Refunds will be issued under the following conditions
      • The merchandise must be in re-saleable condition, in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories.

Merchandise must not have been installed or altered in any way.

No returns will be allowed for Discount or Clearance products, except for damaged or defective shipments.

Claims after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for return or replacement.

Shopping online at HJ Optronics, Inc. is safe and secure. HJ Optronics accepts payment online either by major credit card or Paypal. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card or deposit account number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

We accept payment via corporation checks. We also accept Major Credit Cards – Visa, Master American Express. Paypal is another convenient way to make payment. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors.

VIEWING ORDERS

    • View Order History

You can view all your past and current orders in My Account.

1. Sign in to my account.

2. Select View Orders.

3. Your complete order history will be displayed.

    • To check the status of specific orders:

1. Sign in to My Account.

2. Select View Orders.

3. Click on Track this order

4. Click on the tracking number in the Status area. This will take you to the UPS or USPS site, where you can see shipping status details.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To change your account information, click on my account. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.

• To change your name or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.

• To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.

• To subscribe or unsubscribe to the HJ Optronics newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
