C+L Band ASE (amplified spontaneous emission) Broadband Light Source series cover wavelength from 1525 nm to above 1600 nm. ASE source is an ultra-stable high gain optical amplifier unit designed for applications requiring high optical power over a wide wavelength spectrum. HJ Optronics' extended broadband ASE series offers stable, ultra broad spectrum band centered with low DOP and short coherence lengths. It is ideal for applications in fiber optic sensors, optical fiber grating and filter testing, optical coherence tomography, biomedical imaging systems, OCT, fiber optic gyroscope and optical passive components test instruments.
