UltraScan Head
UltraScan Head
The UltraScan Head is a range of 2-axis (2D) galvanometer scan heads covering 10 / 14 / 20 / 30 / 50 mm apertures, with a rich mirror coating selection - UV, green, fiber, CO₂ and other options - and strict mirror quality control for flatness and damage threshold. The driver board uses a Class D power amplifier for high output power, low heating and low drift, and strict factory inspection keeps the repair rate very low. Two series are available: UltraScan I and the UltraScan II family.
Key Features:
- Low noises, high linearity and low drift
- Modular design, easy installment and maintenance
- Support varieties of F-theta lenses
- Available to general protocol (XY2-100) and other protocol
