Biconical Optical Lensed Fibers
The Biconical Optical Lensed Fiber is formed with two cone angles and a double radius of curvature, in the X and Y directions, on conventional single-mode, multimode or polarization maintaining fiber. The two radii are shaped independently, which gives excellent coupling efficiency into various types of laser device. Both angles, the radius of curvature, strip length, pigtail and connector are made to order; the datasheet lists the complete specifications and the ordering information.
