3D Laser Scanning Head

3D Laser Scanning Head

A 3D laser scanning head is a laser beam control device built for three-dimensional laser processing. It lets the beam follow different surface contours and hold focus at varying positions, which suits curved and uneven workpieces as well as large-format work. This head combines high-performance galvo motors with a dynamic axis for fast, precise scanning over three-dimensional surfaces and large working areas, and it is used in large-format precision laser marking, laser engraving, deep laser engraving, laser cutting and laser welding. UV, infrared and green laser versions are available, and the TCP/IP interface lets one computer drive several 3D galvo scanning systems at once.

Key Features:

  • Combines galvo motors and voice coil motors to achieve fast scanning of three-dimensional surfaces and large working areas.
  • Uses the TCP/IP communication protocol for computer communication, allowing one computer to control multiple 3D galvo scanning systems simultaneously.
  • The optical path is designed to optimize laser focusing performance across different scanning areas, ensuring a minimum laser spot size and more concentrated energy within different working ranges.
  • Highly integrated system design for easy installation and operation.
