The HJK976AA5RN-60.00W is a 976 nm wavelength-stabilized fiber-coupled diode laser delivering 60 W from a 105 µm core, 0.22 NA fiber. Stabilization keeps more than 90 % of the power inside the 974.5-977.5 nm band, making it a stable pump source for fiber lasers. The package integrates a thermistor and a monitor photodiode, with built-in feedback protection across 1020-1200 nm.
