High Speed 3D & 2.5D Scanning System 14 mm

High Speed 3D & 2.5D Scanning System 14 mm

The High Speed 3D & 2.5D Scanning System combines a 14 mm 2D galvanometer with a VCM-Z dynamic focusing module, giving X, Y and Z axes that respond in step for high-speed 3D processing. The focusing axis keeps the spot on the workpiece as the working plane changes, so the system handles what a conventional plane scanner cannot: dynamic-zoom processing. It is used for glass drilling, 3D curved marking, welding, laser digging grooves and step-surface marking. Green, UV, infrared and CO₂ configurations are available, and the 14 mm UltraScan or ExtraScan galvanometers can be specified instead according to the accuracy and speed required.

Key Features:

  • Using 14mm 2D galvanometer and VCM-Z reflection z-axis focusing system, X, Y, Z-axis dynamic response perfectly matching, realizing high-speed 3D processing
  • UV, green and infrared three bands available
  • High speed glass drilling applications with front focusing field mirror
  • Optional 14mm UltraScan and Extrascan galvanometers are available according to customer's different accuracy and speed requirements
