ST-Galvo Scanner
ST-Galvo Scanner
The ST-Galvo Scanner is a compact two-axis galvanometer scan set built on dynamic magnetic drive technology with high-resolution, high-precision position sensors. It drives the mirror to reflect and position the laser beam in laser processing and beam scanning systems, and is engineered for fast response, long-term stability and high repeatability in demanding environments. The galvo motor is specially optimised for mechanical accuracy and a high torque constant, and the encoder structure achieves linearity better than 99.6 % at ±20° deflection.
Key Features:
- The ST Galvo Scanner delivers superior performance with its compact structure and 18-bit high-resolution encoder, ensuring ultra-high repeatability accuracy and precision control in laser processing applications.
- Featuring a specially optimized galvo motor, the system offers exceptional mechanical accuracy and a high torque constant, ideal for demanding environments where speed and accuracy are critical.
- With its optimized encoder structure, the system achieves linearity greater than 99.6% at ±20° deflection angle, ensuring reliable signal feedback for dynamic scanning.
- Engineered for fast response and long-term stability, this galvanometer scanner is an ideal solution for high-speed laser applications such as marking, engraving, cutting, and welding.
