Ultra-Galvo Scanner
Ultra-Galvo Scanner
The Ultra-Galvo Scanner is a two-axis galvanometer scan set with a photoelectric sensor as its feedback system, giving high repetition accuracy and linearity at a cost-effective price. Each scanner is matched to a mirror of the right inertia through kinematics and dynamics simulation, with an optimised rotor for fast dynamic response. The mirror coatings cover the common laser wavelengths and energy levels, and every mirror is selected for flatness and damage threshold. The units are suitable for flight marking, precision marking, precision cutting and precision welding.
Key Features:
- Photoelectric sensor feedback system — high repetition accuracy, high linearity, high cost performance.
- Mirror matched to each galvo meter through kinematics and dynamics simulation, with an optimised rotor for excellent dynamic properties and response.
- High-precision miniature bearings with axial preload for high rigidity and low-friction operation, with attention to bearing life.
- Scanning mirrors available for common laser wavelengths and energy levels, optimised for inertial load, rigidity and flatness.
- Widely used in flight marking, precision marking, precision cutting and precision welding.
